The end result
Like with almost anything you try to accomplish, you get out what you put in. But at the end of the day, you need knowledge and guidance to explore the unknown. Your coach is a professional, there to guide you through the self-exploration process and beyond. They help you see beyond your blind spots. They help you step outside your comfort zone. They help you achieve things you never thought were possible. Liken them unto a professional football coach: at the NFL level, coaches aren’t necessarily teaching any new physical skills, but rather they are helping players to best utilize the skills they already possess to their best advantage.
Here are the three main objectives of our coaches:
- 1) Create Awareness
- 2) Provide Education
- 3) Hold You Accountable to Your Dreams
When someone enrolls in a weight loss program, they already know the fundamentals of how to lose weight: eating right, exercising, etc. What they need is motivation and someone to keep them accountable.
The fact is, we are all missing something – we just need the right person to recognize where we need to improve and help us to do so.
And, most importantly, we need to align ourselves with somebody who believes in us and our dreams and will support us. There are many days that we, as Entrepreneur’s Source Coaches, believe in the dreams of our clients more than they do themselves. We have countless stories of people who were on the verge of giving up but persevered because of their Entrepreneur’s Source Coach. Today, they are glad they did.
Like we mentioned, your coach’s job isn’t done once you figure out what to do with your future. Once you’ve made your discovery, we employ our resources to make sure you’re equipped to handle the career transition of your choice. For example, we can show you the best practices for running a business, increasing profits, managing employees and more.
And, of course, if you decide to stay on your current career path, we can show you ways to improve your performance and overall professional satisfaction. You may even be a better employee when you’re through.
Remember, 70% of the adult population has a desire to be self-sufficient, and only 5% act on it. We want to help that 70% to receive clarity.
